Havana Inco SL, Calle Trafalgar 50, 2-1B, 08010 Barcelona, Spain, operates this website and is the data controller for personal data processed through it. Privacy requests may be sent by post to this address. No online enquiry form, user account or reservation function is currently available.
2. Data we may process
When you visit the website, technical hosting logs may temporarily include IP address, browser information, requested page, date and time for security, availability and troubleshooting. Your language choice is stored locally on your device and is not sent to Somnomi. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Technical data is processed only where necessary for website security and operation, based on legitimate interests. If contact or registration features are added later, the applicable purpose, lawful basis, retention period and recipients will be explained before data is collected.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by infrastructure and hosting providers acting under appropriate contractual safeguards. Somnomi does not sell personal data. Any future international transfer will require an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism.
5. Retention
Technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for security and operational purposes, subject to provider settings and legal obligations. Local language preference remains on your device until you delete browser storage.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
7. Changes
This policy will be updated before Somnomi activates lead collection, reservations, analytics or additional services. The version and date shown on this page identify the current notice.
